All orders placed on our website are considered confirmed once completed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where applicable, so you can monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Bellezh reserves the right to restrict COD service for customers with a history of refused deliveries.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery with clear proof. Claims reported after this time may not be accepted.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Bellezh is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Compensation

We do not offer shipping refunds or compensation for delays, refusals, or courier-related issues once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.
