Order Confirmation & Changes
All orders placed on our website are considered confirmed. Bellezh reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made.
Delivery Terms
Bellezh serves end consumers only. We reserve the right to cancel bulk or commercial orders.
Standard delivery charges and promotional offers apply to orders weighing up to 1 kg. Orders exceeding this weight may be charged additional courier fees based on actual shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the item is:
- Unused and unopened
- In 100% original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Items that are used, swatched, broken, unsealed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
We may require 10–15 business days to review and settle return or exchange claims.
Order Refusals
Bellezh reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who have a history of refusing Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. Repeated refusals may result in order cancellation without notice.
Shipping Compensation
There are no shipping refunds or compensations under any circumstances.
Shipping Damages / Broken Items
We take all possible precautions while packaging orders. However, if an item is damaged during transit, you must contact us immediately after receiving the order with clear proof of damage.
Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange. Instead, compensation will be provided in the form of a discount coupon, based on the extent of damage.
Such claims may take 7–10 business days to process.
