Items purchased from our online store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, along with the original receipt or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, the exchange process may take 7–10 working days to complete.
Products that are used, opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Restocking Charges
There are no restocking charges on returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take all necessary precautions to pack orders securely. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or broken, you must report the issue within 3 hours of delivery and provide clear proof of damage.
After verification, the resolution process may take 4–5 working days. Compensation will be provided in the form of a discount coupon, based on the nature and extent of the damage.
